The Children's Trust is led by a 33-member volunteer board of directors designed to include a broad representation of leadership from across Miami-Dade with varied levels of expertise.

The board is made up of dedicated individuals who bring their diverse skills and leadership experience from all around our vibrant community. Together, it is committed to creating an inclusive, empowering space for all children and families to thrive.
The Children's Trust Board of Directors is defined by Florida statute with many seats regulated by term limits. The board determines The Children’s Trust budget, millage rate and guides investments and initiatives at publicly noticed meetings.
